Landing page and backend with automated mailing system for a real estate project in Uruguay.

The Challenge

Arcadia is a 21-unit residential development 100 m from the sea in El Caracol, Uruguay. The developers needed a landing page to present the project and capture inquiries from potential buyers.

What I Built

I built a Next.js and TypeScript one-page site with the project story, a photo gallery, amenities, floor plans and location, plus an API route that emails every inquiry through Nodemailer and gives the visitor instant confirmation.

Outcome

The landing page has been live since 2023 at arcadiaelcaracol.com as the project's online presentation, delivering every inquiry straight to the developers' inbox.
