Desarrollo Sur

Urban advisory platform with a credits system, admin panel, authentication, and content management.

The Challenge

Desarrollo Sur offers urban planning, real estate development, architecture and training services. It wanted to turn that advisory work into a platform where prospective clients could try services before committing.

What I Built

I led the project and built a Next.js platform with a token-based credit system: new users get 100 free tokens to spend on advisory micro-services. It includes a complete auth flow (sign-up, login and password reset with NextAuth and bcrypt), project and resource libraries, and an admin panel for users, services and content, on Prisma and PostgreSQL with Cloudinary media and Nodemailer emails.

Outcome

The platform is live at desarrollosur.com: visitors register, get their free tokens and request services, while the team runs everything from one admin panel.
